Kidzplay & Learning Currajong is seeking passionate, committed Team Leaders who are inspired daily by the little people they care for. We are searching for educators with a drive for professional practice, self reflection and who have a strong sense for the Early Years Learning framework and how it guides us to create engaging and nurturing spaces for children to learn and develop.

Role
We\'re currently looking for qualified educators: Diploma or enrolled and actively studying; Previous experience as a Team Leader/Responsible person.
About the role
Kidzplay is looking for an experienced Team Leader that is able to effectively lead a room environment. Model and support the team by upholding the services expectations and values.
You will be expected to
- Plan and implement a child focused EYLF program
- Manage children’s behaviour and guiding children’s social development
- Model and support other educators on the floor
- Entertaining children by reading and playing games
- Critically reflect on practices as a team
- Supervising children in recreational activities and the daily routine of children
- Ensure high level of child safety and wellbeing including hygiene
- Effectively communicate with families and other stakeholders
- Experienced and consistent Management team

What you need
- ACECQA recognised qualification and or AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV or at least three years of relevant experience.
- Current working with children check (WWCC)
- First aid in a childhood setting, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylactic management (or willingness to obtain)
- Child protection and safe sleep training (or willingness to obtain)
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine passion and energy
