Lead Moco's day shift warehouse team encompassing our multi-temperature food storage facility, to keep operations running at full speed.
About the Role
Moco's Warehouse Manager – Day Shift, plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods into our business. Operating from 6am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, you'll oversee all incoming supplier deliveries, from receivals and putaways to product breakdowns and sorting. With accuracy, speed, and attention to detail, you'll ensure the right stock is received and is always in the right place. You play a key role in ensuring the warehouse and inventory is prepared for the Night Shift Picking team. You will also work with our Moco Meats team to ensure prompt inventory transfer in and out of our purpose-built meat processing facility. Day shift also manages a small click-and-collect function, where you'll ensure our customers get fast, reliable, and friendly service.
A key focus of this role is continuous improvement. By embedding strong controls and processes, you'll reduce waste, keep inventory lean, and deliver operational efficiency.

With strong leadership skills, you know how to inspire your team while setting high standards for stock integrity and safety. You're analytical, detail-focused, and driven by results, always looking for opportunities to improve processes, tighten controls, and achieve KPIs.
Skills, Experience & Attributes
· Safety focused with demonstrated improvement in safety performance through team engagement and safety initiatives
· Experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing management, ideally within FMCG, food services, or wholesale
· Proven ability to lead and develop teams while driving KPI achievement
· Knowledge of perishable goods handling and FIFO stock rotation
· Strong systems capability with WMS and reporting tools (Excel desirable)
· Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a continuous improvement mindset
