You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and selling solutions.
What you'll be doing
* Responding to incoming Leads
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and potential clients
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of OX Trailers' offerings
* Negotiate sales contracts and manage the sales process from initial enquiry to final delivery
* Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
* Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments
* Record and Update CRM with all Sales Activity
What we're looking for
* Proven track record in a sales role, preferably within the automotive or trailer industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
* Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think creatively to meet customer needs
* Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality customer service and support
* Familiarity with sales techniques and customer relationship management software
* Enthusiasm for the industry and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
