The Role
We are seeking an experienced Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide friendly and efficient first level support to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities include:
* Provide technical support to clients on how to use our products
* Identify product issues and communicate details, including steps to resolve
* Document interactions with clients in our CRM or support ticketing system
Your Key Requirements include:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
* Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team
* Self-starter, takes initiative
* Strong attention to detail
