About the Role
The role of Strategic Advisor or Trustee is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact in disaster risk reduction and sustainable development.
This fixed-term position, renewable for longer term based on performance and mutual agreement, will be based in Australia and is ideal for experienced professionals with a passion for humanitarian work.
As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level advice on organizational direction, identify opportunities for expansion, and support long-term planning to strengthen our impact and sustainability.
You will also play a crucial role in fundraising leadership, building and maintaining relationships with philanthropists, development partners, government agencies, academic institutions, and private sector actors, and promoting a culture of resource mobilization across the organization.
Additionally, you will offer informed oversight on key decisions, uphold accountability, and ensure we operate ethically and in line with our mission.
