About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing accurate and timely information and advice in response to queries and supporting the efficient and client-focused delivery of admission services.
- Processing, assessing, and issuing course and scholarship offers, ensuring completion within agreed timelines and in accordance with established criteria.
- Building and maintaining solid collaborative relationships with key divisional stakeholders and staff, while working closely with colleagues across the University to promote best practices, support continuous improvement, and drive innovation.
Qualifications
- A degree or diploma with relevant subsequent experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of focus and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment and experience in delivering exceptional client service to achieve successful outcomes.
