Description: Full-time, Permanent. Classification: Health Professional Level 3/ Psychologist Level 3 (PN 20881). Note: Role will be filled at either level depending on qualifications and experience, in line with the Enterprise Agreement.
Salary: HP3: $108,459 - $116,711 + 11.5% Super; P3: $119,610 - $129,882 + 11.5% Super

About the Role
This position is primarily based within Community Recovery Services but may require work across all Adult Community Mental Health Services to meet operational demands. CRS teams operate across ACT, following the Adult Community Mental Health Model of Care. CRS provides a recovery-focused, strengths-based approach to clinical case management for adults experiencing complex mental health issues.
The successful applicant will manage a caseload with support from an allocated psychiatrist and multidisciplinary team, deliver high-quality interventions, and participate in governance, professional development, and supervision. The role involves delivering face-to-face care, engaging clients, and working in partnership with other service providers.
Pre-employment requirements include a National Police Check, current registration under the Working with Vulnerable People Act 2011, and compliance with Canberra Health Services policies.
