What We're Looking For:
* 10+ years' experience in site construction and commissioning within mineral processing
* Strong commercial, contractual, and project management expertise
* Required certifications: Queensland coal industry (S1-3, S11, CBM) plus Smart Completions training
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
Bonus Skills:
* FIFO experience
* Familiarity with NSW mining operations
* Additional safety qualifications
