Job Description
Description of Position: Develop, implement and monitor sales & marketing activities for Peters Surgical products in Southeast Asia. Working as part of a cross‑functional team, assisting in the commercialization of current and future products. This position combines day‑to‑day sales & marketing activities with critical strategy planning, sales execution and achieving Southeast Asia yearly annual operating plan / sales budget.
There will be heavy emphasis on one‑to‑one communication via virtual or face‑to‑face and relationship building skills within the Southeast Asia distributors and surgeons.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Build, develop and grow assigned territory to execute quarterly and annual sales plan
* Strong management of the current distributors in the region (including distribution agreements, negotiation of the sales goals, follow‑up of the quarterly/annual goals and payments)
* Drive the identification and negotiation to expand network
* Forecast primary sales and track secondary sales
* Travel with distributor sales representatives, sales managers and product managers to support their sales efforts and to meet with key surgeons/users.
* Develop and execute strategic business plans locally in coordination with Regional Marketing and Global Marketing
* Organize and communicate product training, education, workshop and related information to distribution partner
* Collaborate with Marketing teams, Clinical and Distributor teams to develop activities to achieve sales targets and to allow business gain market share and to differentiate from its competitors
Develop an in‑depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels, both clinical and economic stakeholders in order to develop tailored solutions which maximize market gain potential.
* Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and decision makers
* Identify and report regularly market trends, competition movements and customer behavior which may affect the business and develop and execute the strategies and tactics for growth and profitability
* Coordinate and collaborate with regulatory support team to ensure market access
