The iconic Playford Hotel MGallery Collection brings together an eclectic mix of iconic South Australian experiences in one space and, in a sense, a taste of all that is on offer in the 'quality of life' capital.
The hotel was named after Sir Thomas Playford, South Australia's longest serving premier. It is built on the site of the original News Limited building in 1998 and recently underwent a multi-million dollar refurbishment.
The role:
· Checking in/out Guests and assisting them with enquiries.
· Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times.
· Communicate clearly with other Departments as necessary to ensure relevant information is passed on.
· Maintain strong product knowledge – know all products and specials available at the property and properties in the surrounding area as well as the Accor Loyalty Programme.
The person:
· Experience in a similar role or strong customer service experience, preferably in a Hotel environment.
· Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office.
· Competent knowledge of OPERA CLOUD PMS.
· Fluent verbally & written communication in English, with additional languages highly regarded.
