**Job Description**:
As a Store Manager at H&M, you will spend 80% of your time where it all happens - on the shop floor. Not only because that's more fun, but also to support and lead your colleagues to achieve superb results and inspire customers to keep coming back. You know the importance of listening to your team's ideas and helping them to develop their skills. When you're not on the floor, you're developing sales strategies and putting plans in place to support your team and the store success.
You enjoy a fast pace and a role where you make quick choices and put them into practice. You're a problem solver with a positive attitude. You're also well organized and know how to motivate and inspire people around you. Your entrepreneurial spirit shines bright and you are able anticipate the needs of our customers and while supporting your team to drive outstanding results.
**A day in the life of a Store Manager at H&M**
- Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service
- Promoting our Hello Member program to drive engagement, creating meaningful relationships and providing customer insight
- Manager the recruitment, training, development and succession planning of you store team through promoting our feedback culture
- Drive the store Sales and Profit KPI's by taking actions to maximize your results and together with your management team, delivering an inspiring and exiting customer experience
- Actively promoting our sustainability vision to both your team and customers
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- The ability to delegate, follow up and provide straightforward feedback with the goal to coach and develop your team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on the needs of our fast-paced business
- The ability to analyze figures and formulate plans to maximize sales
- The motivation to drive ambitions and reach business & personal goals
- Previous leadership experience with proven sales success & team development (Ideally 1 year)
