Zero Harm Advisor
We are looking for a dedicated Zero Harm Advisor to support the Newcastle/Hunter Valley region. This role is critical in ensuring robust health, safety and environmental systems are implemented and maintained across multiple projects and outages. You'll be part of a high‑performing team that champions Zero Harm culture and drives continuous improvement in safety outcomes.
What we're looking for
* Minimum Certificate IV in WHS and a Construction Industry White Card.
* Sound understanding of HSE legislation, standards, and management systems.
* Willingness to coach and influence across all levels of a project team.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to travel and spend extended periods on remote sites for shutdown work.
The below qualifications are advantageous but not a requirement:
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* ICAM Lead Investigator
* Auditor Training
* Drug & Alcohol Testing certification
You'll also need to be collaborative, client‑oriented, and driven by excellence, with a strategic mindset and high attention to detail.
