About the Role
DOSCEL is seeking a fixed term School Payroll Officer who is passionate about strategising and continuously improving payroll services in order to give back to the community.
As the School Payroll Officer, you will assist with the provision of centralised payroll and human resources functions.
About You
As the School Payroll Officer, you will demonstrate the key selection criteria outlined in the Position Description, including but not limited to:
* A commitment to the ethos, values and mission of Catholic education.
* A commitment to Child Safety.
* Extensive experience with payroll/human resources functions.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel applications.
* Strong interpersonal skills including:
o The ability to work as part of a team to achieve both individual and team objectives.
o Communication, process management and problem-solving skills.
o A demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including principals and school staff.
