Food and Beverage Operations Lead
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Food and Beverage Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of our In Room Dining team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective communication among team members, leading by example, and prioritizing guest needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with the Restaurant and In Room Dining Manager to achieve operational goals
* Coordinate room movements, amenity lists, and daily priorities to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a leadership position within the hospitality industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in luxury hotel operations, preferably in In Room Dining
* Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
