Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Event Manager role based in Sydney, NSW, with responsibilities across VIC, SA, and WA. The Event Manager will oversee the planning and execution of high-profile events, ensuring they meet the exceptional standards of the Chamber. This includes coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets, handling logistics, and ensuring seamless event operations. Strong communication and networking skills are essential to build and maintain positive relationships with members, business leaders, and suppliers. The role also involves contributions to marketing materials and post-event evaluations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in event planning, event coordination, and on-site event management
Expertise in communication, stakeholder management, and building strong professional relationships
Skills in budget management, logistics, and achieving operational excellence
Proficiency in marketing, content creation, and preparation of promotional materials
Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and ability to work under pressure
Familiarity with the Australian and UK business landscapes is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communications, Business, or a related field
