Office Administrator/Job Coordinator Full-Time | Brisbane
We're looking for a motivated and detail-driven Job Coordinator to join our plumbing team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, solving problems, and keeping jobs moving efficiently from booking to completion.
About the Role
You will be responsible for planning the day for multiple technicians and ensuring clients receive excellent service.
Duties include:
Scheduling and dispatching plumbing jobs
Communicating with clients, tenants, builders, and suppliers
Assisting with quoting and preparing job notes
Monitoring the progress of jobs
Ordering materials and coordinating deliveries
Handling certificates, photos, and completion reports
Following up on outstanding information, variations, or approvals
Providing administrative support where required
What We're Looking For
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or administration
Trades or plumbing industry experience (advantage)
Good computer skills and strong attention to detail
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $60,****** – $85,****** per year
