We provide innovative property solutions to developers, investors, landlords and tenants.
We are seeking an experienced administration professional with strong credentials to support the director.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Assist with general office administration
- Provide sales, leasing and management support
- Manage databases and client liaison
- Prepare submissions, IM's and management reports
- Assist with accounts and marketing
- Coordinate events and travel
- Diary, social media and website management
Ideally you will be a highly organised and motivated self-starter with a 'can do' attitude, ability to multi-task within a small team and busy office environment and possess a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
To be considered for this role, the following are essential:
- Property, sales and/or marketing support experience (3 years minimum)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Intermediate-advanced Microsoft skills
(Preferred but not essential)
- Agents Representative
- Agentbox and Adobe CC experience
- Superior customer service
