Role Overview
As a Client Service Manager, you will play a key role in providing person-centered care support to our clients, building meaningful relationships with them and their families.
Your main responsibilities will include managing a caseload of consumers, responding to inbound calls, conducting assessments and reviews, guiding new clients through the onboarding process, and ensuring proactive management of clients' care and needs.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years' industry and case management experience within the health care or home care sector, as well as a current Australian Driver License.
They will also possess excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – and be highly motivated with strong organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
