Overview
Administration - Ward Clerk role at Hunter New England Local Health District. Location: Armidale Hospital. Employment Type: Permanent Part Time, 32 hours per week. Remuneration: $32.30 - $33.37 per hour + Superannuation + Salary packaging. Position Classification: Administration Officer Level 2.
Responsibilities
* Registering patients and managing accurate data entry
* Coordinating patient discharges
* Providing excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff
* Supporting nursing staff with administrative duties

* Highly organised with strong multitasking skills
* Able to work independently while collaborating with multiple hospital departments
* Friendly, approachable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Willing to receive comprehensive training across administrative functions, with support from the Nurse Unit Manager and the wider administrative team
