We are looking for an experienced Plumber to join our Edith Cowan University maintenance contract to deliver high-quality service, maintenance, and repairs to plumbing and gas systems, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of infrastructure that supports teaching, to the university's teaching, research and administrative environments within all Perth Metro campuses.
Here Is a Snapshot Of Your Day
Provide service, maintenance and repairs to various types of plumbing and gas systems.
Determine job priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Coordinate, compile and submit the required paperwork as required.
Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
Commitment to the highest standards of business code of conduct.
Comply with company and client HSEQ policies and procedures.
Attending call-outs as per rostered requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
Plumbing License.
Gas License and Backflow certification preferred.
Experience in industrial or commercial maintenance would be advantageous.
A pro-active approach towards Health, Safety and Environment, capable of identifying hazards, ensuring compliance and active participation in compliance activities.
Adhere to all relevant regulations, codes and company policies.
Highly developed interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's licence.
