Are you an experienced Psychologist/Social worker or Counsellor who is passionate about strengthening professional practice across an organisation?
Centacare North Queensland is seeking a highly experienced Practice Supervisor to provide professional supervision, training and development across our services.
Reporting to the CEO you will contribute to ensuring; safe, ethical and evidence-based practice across the organisation.

Job Description
The Opportunity
As Practice Supervisor, you will:
* Provide professional supervision to staff across programs
* Guide teams through complex case discussions, risk and child safety matters
* Conduct file audits, practice observations and quality reviews
* Contribute to strategic planning and leadership functions
* Support performance improvement processes in collaboration with Managers and HR
* Develop and deliver professional development workshops
* Strengthen ethical and evidence-based practice frameworks
You will be a key member of the Management Team and play a pivotal role in cultivating robust, competent and values-aligned practice across Centacare NQ
Desired Skills and Experience
What You Bring
* Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Social Work
* Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in social/community services
* Extensive experience providing professional supervision
* Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions, risk assessment and child safety
* Ability to challenge constructively and supportively
* Exceptional interpersonal and leadership capability
* High-level organisational and administrative skills
Registration as a Psychologist (with supervision approval) or AASW registration is highly regarded.
