The Tasmania Talent Pathway focuses on developing individual players within a unique football landscape.RADC roles are employed across the following programs in all our regional hubs (please indicate your preferences within the application):U18 Tasmanian Boys (Coates League)U18 Tasmanian Girls (Coates League)U16 Tasmanian Boys (National Championships)U16 Tasmanian Girls (National Championships)This position involves planning, preparation, and delivery of training sessions, focusing on developing players' technical abilities in a safe and inclusive environment.
The role contributes to player selection and development, monitors progress, and provides constructive feedback.
Collaboration with coaching staff and alignment with program objectives are essential for positive player development.
