Phoenix Source and Select are currently on the hunt for an Internal Accounts manager/ Customer service to join one of our Client based in Kewdale.

**About our client**:
Formed in 1989, Our client is the leading independent supplier of safety equipment, clothing and footwear.

This family owned business has branches operating in Victoria, Western Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, Tasmania and Northern Territory, and as such is a National network capable of servicing the whole of Australia. This growing National footprint is a result of continually refining and improving of our service offering, as well as bringing to the market new products and services from the worlds leading safety product manufacturers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.Sales / Customer service**

a) Demonstrating customer service excellence, going the extra step for our clients.

b) Maintaining a consistant flow of work and all orders are cleared daily.

c) Ensuring all sales orders are entered correctly and to customer specification.

d) Prioritizing urgent customer orders and setting up reminder to ensure order is actioned.

e) Advising customers of ETA's and backorders.

f) Ensure that all customer complaints are addressed in a timely and professional manner and systems developed to avoid a recurrence of a similar nature

g) Supporting the company sales & marketing strategy.

h) Suggestion selling. Focus on High GP / Master product sales.

i) Provide quotes in a timely fashion.

j) Process EFTPOS payments when required and record transaction as per company guidelines.

k) Obtaining POD's and copy invoices upon customer request.

**2. Office Administration**

l) Filing customer orders

m) Customer credits. Ensuring procedure is followed as per Company guidelines.

n) Assisting external sales team with queries.

**Essential**

Experience in a sales role or similar with a minimum of 3 years customer service / sales experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Self motivated.
- High level of organisational / planning ability.
- Ability to problem solve and delegate where appropriate.
- Ability to understand basic financial reports.
- Good time management skills.
- Good Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills

**Ideal**
- Presentation skills
- Ability to delegate.

- Kewdale, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- customer service / sales: 3 years (required)
