The Role We Have Available
We are looking for a Business Development Manager based in NSW to join our Australia team, in-line with our company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new customers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
* Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
* Communicate effectively with clients, partners and internal teams
* Provide customer training and presentations
* Sales forecasting
* Track performance, monitor sales progress and report on key metrics
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Preferred minimum three years of working experience within the solar industry
* Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target
* Reliable and self-motivated
* Strong Microsoft office skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Excellent communication skills
* A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Adapt to frequent travel
* Driving license required
