Account Executive - Identity Solutions

About the Role
WebSecure is seeking a driven Account Executive to accelerate growth in our Identity solutions portfolio. This is a high-impact sales role where you'll own the full sales cycle, build strategic relationships, and directly influence our revenue trajectory in the identity and access management space.
What You'll Do
- Drive Revenue Growth
: Own and exceed sales targets for WebSecure's Identity solutions, focusing on new business acquisition and account expansion
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership
: Manage opportunities from prospecting through to close, including discovery, solution design, proposal development, and negotiation
- Strategic Prospecting
: Identify and engage decision-makers across enterprise and mid-market accounts in New Zealand and Australia
- Solution Selling
: Articulate the value of identity and access management solutions, addressing complex security and compliance challenges
- Pipeline Management
: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, with accurate forecasting and reporting
- Collaboration
: Partner with technical teams, marketing, and leadership to ensure seamless customer experiences
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- 3+ years in B2B technology sales, preferably in cybersecurity, identity management, or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a target-driven environment
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling approaches
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with C-level stakeholders
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Knowledge of IGA, IAM, PAM solutions.
- Existing network within IT, security, or compliance sectors in ANZ
- Experience selling to regulated industries (finance, healthcare, government)
