About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join our organisation as a Salesforce Administrator and Data Analyst. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, including Senior Managers, business users and our implementation partner.
* Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with non-technical personnel, both written and verbal.
* Proactive attitude towards sharing information and engaging with partners and dependent teams.
* Strong capability in gaining buy-in from stakeholders.
* Excellent time and project-management skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project management methodologies, including Agile methodology tools and tasks.
* Salesforce configurations, administration, reports and dashboard management, user, profile, role and data management.
* Integration concepts between CRM and other systems.
* Data cleansing and migration.
Licenses and Qualifications:
* Relevant undergraduate degree or commensurate certifications.
* National Police Clearance certificate.
