Change Management Professional
We are seeking a skilled Change Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful adoption of new programs, systems, and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify stakeholders, impacts, current/future state gaps, communication messages, training needs, people-side risks, and points of resistance.
* Develop a change management strategy based on an understanding of the change and the groups being impacted.
* Develop an actionable change management plan outlining the activities required to support people through the change and address any risks.
* Work with project managers to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
* Lead readiness assessments and implementation of measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of impacted groups and individuals.
* Establish and maintain relationships with organizational specialists to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in coordinating large change management projects with timelines over 1 year.
* Significant experience in senior stakeholder engagement and working with technical and non-technical staff.
* Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
* Ability to establish engagement mechanisms that drive commitment for the project and build momentum and buy-in.
* Experience in facilitating engagement between business and technical staff to ensure shared understanding of changes and their impact.
Certifications:
* PROSCI or APMG Change Management certification or degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or equivalent.
