Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage service orders from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary repairs are completed efficiently and effectively
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
* Work collaboratively with technicians to diagnose complex vehicle problems and develop repair plans
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and repair history
* Provide detailed estimates and explanations of recommended repairs to customers
* Upsell and cross-sell services and products to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest industry technologies and best practices
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. You should also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a service advisor role or related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office software
