**Role and Responsibilities**
As an EA, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support to the Heads of Departments. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Calendar Management: Skilfully handle complex calendars, prioritize schedules, and manage meetings, ensuring optimal time management for the Heads of Departments.
- Travel Coordination: Take charge of travel arrangements, meticulously planning itineraries, managing logistics, and effectively handling expenses.
- Correspondence and Approvals: Act as a trusted proxy for communications and approvals, responding to queries, referring matters appropriately, and ensuring prompt resolution.
- Special Projects: Provide invaluable support in various special projects, conducting research, analyzing problems, compiling data, and preparing reports.
- Collaborative Environment: Collaborate with other EAs and executives within the client's organization, fostering strong relationships and coordinating activities to support cross-functional initiatives.
