Team Global Express (TGE) is creating a new executive role to lead and transform our national fleet operations. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Executive General Manager for Fleet Operations will turn fleet into a commercial value engine, delivering $5m+ in sustainable annualised savings while improving safety, reliability, and productivity.
The Role
You will own the end-to-end fleet strategy across owned assets, partner fleets, workshops, and outsourcing models. Your focus is clear: optimise asset lifecycle and utilisation, release capital from underperforming assets, reduce cost-to-serve, and directly support EBITDA growth.
Key Accountabilities
* Lead national fleet strategy and commercial performance
* Optimise asset acquisition, maintenance, refurbishment, and disposal
* Drive data-led outsourcing and workshop strategy
* Improve fleet ROI, utilisation, safety, and service outcomes
About You
You're a senior fleet, asset, or operations leader with strong commercial acumen and a proven track record delivering material cost savings and value creation in asset-intensive environments. You challenge legacy thinking and lead with clarity, pace, and accountability.
