**About the role**
Liebherr Australia seeks a **Customer Support Supervisor** to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional administrative support our valued customers based at our Perth branch. This role is perfect for a dedicated skilled with a passion for leadership and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team, including warranty administrators, front desk operations, and facilities coordinators.
- Oversee warranty claims, ensuring compliance and efficiency, while conducting audits and process improvements.
- Manage facility maintenance and scheduled service purchase orders.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Support the Commercial Manager by providing insights and reports on warranty performance, facility maintenance, and customer-focused improvement initiatives.
- Foster a positive team culture and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
**About You**:
- Diploma or degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative support or customer service.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in customer support, facility management, or warranty operations.
- In-depth understanding of warranty processes, administrative functions, and facility maintenance.
- Strong ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of administrative and front-line staff.
