These roles will oversee and manage all services and functions relating to facilities management for our key client accounts and ensure their successful delivery and client satisfaction.
You will have proactive approach to challenge the status quo and proven technical knowledge of property assetsThe OpportunityAccountable for managing the delivery of all Facilities Management services; customers liaison and service contractor management across your portfolio.Responsible for delivering superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders and client.Manage and maintain building operations to deliver high quality, efficient and cost-effective management of the building.Manage operating expenditure, resources, projects, budgeting, produce and present monthly reporting and financial reportingEnsure risk management, WHS, site safety, audit and inspections are completed and compliant.Lead and implement environmental and sustainability initiatives.Lead and manage facilities personnel, onsite cleaning, security personnel.Proactive approach and involvement in services review and development of best practices and implementation.We are always looking for candidates with experience working in a similar position within a performance contract environment in addition to superior commitment to client satisfaction and customer service focus.
About You:Significant Facilities Management experience looking after commercial assets A strong customer focus with a commitment to client satisfactionDemonstrated experience in Facilities Manager or Operations with a general understanding of building operationsTrade background in either Mechanical or Electrical services and project management experience is preferred but not essentialAn ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously Strong financial acumen including procurement partnered with a trade or engineering background preferred but not essentialContractor management in commercial building environments.High tenacity with the ability to work in a highly demanding and changing environment,So, what's in it for you?Joining our team means surrounding yourself with talented, driven professionals who are at the top of their field.
