Our client's platform is purpose-built to help organisations in complex, regulated environments manage compliance obligations and embed operational best practice. Their software supports some of Australia's most important sectors and they're looking for someone who truly understands the landscape. This is a rare opportunity to combine commercial acumen with genuine sector expertise, managing a portfolio of enterprise customers across Aged Care and Education. What You'll Do Reporting into the Digital Sales division, you'll own a portfolio of enterprise accounts in Aged Care and Education acting as a trusted advisor who helps customers navigate their compliance and risk obligations. Day to day, you'll: Build and deepen long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across your accounts Guide customers through specific risk and compliance requirements relevant to their sector Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across our GRC platform suite Manage the full sales cycle from onboarding through to renewal and contract expansion Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting using Salesforce and HubSpot Partner with Pre-Sales and Solutions Consultants to tailor solutions to customer needs Stay sharp on product developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes Who We're Looking For Essential 2 years' experience in an Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar role A background in governance, risk and/or compliance whether from a software, consulting, or sector-based context Experience in or strong familiarity with Aged Care and/or Education sectors Proven ability to manage enterprise relationships and complex sales cycles Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills Highly Regarded Proficiency in Salesforce and/or HubSpot CRM Familiarity with MEDDPIC or similar enterprise sales methodologies Experience with SaaS, compliance tech, or health & safety platforms Why This Role?
