As an Assistant Store Manager at Burson, you’ll play a hands‑on role in leading day‑to‑day operations, driving sales, and motivating your team to perform at their best.
Support our Mildura branch as a 2IC, driving sales, inventory and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
* Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development
* Assist with inventory control
* Maintain store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures and OH&S compliance
* Support the Store Manager
* Lead and support your team
Qualifications
* Ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment
* Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
* Ability to engage with, and motivate team members
* Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
* OH&S experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
