We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer**to join our high performing, engaged and supportive People and Culture (P&C;) team.
This challenging and rewarding role encompasses a range of functions across P&C; processes and systems, providing essential administrative and customer service support. Success in this position requires a high level of attention to detail, flexibility, and effective time management skills, all of which are vital for delivering client services within the team.
**About the role**:
- pivotal role in supporting P&C; operations with a focus on administering our end-to-end recruitment at Council.
- requires flexibility to work across multiple functions within the team: recruitment, operations, learning and development and WHS
- provides support to committee meetings by generating agendas and minutes
**What's on offer**:
- a base salary ranging from $60,315 per annum with competency-based increments up to $69,105 per annum, plus 11.5% super
- 70 hour, 9 day fortnight
