What You'll Do
* Coordinate receiving, dispatch, storage, and handling activities.
* Supervise and support a warehouse team of 3 members.
* Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock takes.
* Promote and enforce a strong safety‐first culture.
* Operate forklifts and work safely around mobile equipment.
* Ensure warehouse processes align with company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Experience
* Strong problem‐solving and decision‐making skills.
* Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
* Safety‐first mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to manage workflow and prioritise tasks effectively.
* Current LF Forklift License (essential).
