Skills & Experience
You will be a Commercial Litigation Lawyer at Associate level.
Your new role
Will see you act for well-known Australian retailers including major fashion brands; appear in Supreme Court and Court of Appeal matters;
franchising disputes and debt recovery on behalf of large Australian Franchisors; construction disputes; Restraint of trade disputes involving well known real estate agents; and insolvency advice.
Only 5.5 billables per day; bonus of 30% above budget; quarterly events; representing major fashion brands, restaurant chains and hospitality venues; a modern-day law firm without a traditional mindset.
