Job Title: National Business Development Manager



Overview:


Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere. The Power Quality division at Eaton Electrical provides power management solutions including uninterruptable power supplies (UPS's), surge protective devices, power distribution units (PDU's), remote monitoring, software, power factor correction, airflow management, rack enclosures and services.




Key Responsibilities:



* Manage and grow relationships with national and regional electrical wholesalers.

* Conduct regular face-to-face meetings, branch visits and quarterly business reviews.

* Identify and pursue new opportunities within the electrical channel to increase Eaton's market share.

* Work closely with contractors to influence specifications and drive demand for Eaton solutions.

* Collaborate with extended sales teams across the business in each state to leverage their presence and maximize coverage.

* Prepare and deliver accurate, competitive quotes using internal tools and resources.

* Maintain a strong pipeline in Salesforce CRM and ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities.

* Achieve defined revenue and growth targets for the electrical channel segment.

* Represent Eaton at trade shows, industry events and contractor training sessions.





Requirements:



* 5 years of experience in business development, account management or sales within the electrical industry preferably in critical power or power distribution.

* Experience managing wholesaler relationships and engaging with contractors.

* Solid understanding of electrical products, power quality solutions and distribution channels.

* Strong communication and negotiation skills.

* Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Self-motivated with a proactive approach and willingness to travel nationally.
