We are seeking a State Customer Manager to deliver financial objectives in NSW and QLD.
This role requires building commercial business relationships, aligning call cycle planning to key strategic objectives, conducting range reviews, filling distribution gaps and developing profitable new business.
The State Customer Manager will manage both NSW and QLD accounts, requiring regular travel between the two states.
* Develop Joint Business Plans with customers to drive category growth initiatives.
* Consistently review customer plans and financial metrics to meet calendar year financial budget.
* Leverage shopper insights to lead category thinking with customers.
* Manage NPD launches and drive category review outcomes.
* Create and execute customer seasonal sales drivers to deliver incremental Gross Profit and Volume.
* Drive closing distribution gaps and forward plan effective promotional programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in sales as a Customer Manager (preferably FMCG).
* Ability to travel to NSW when needed.
* Strong internal and external stakeholder management.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated experience in selling in line with technical and leadership competencies.
