This role involves driving growth across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on acquiring enterprise accounts within biotech, research institutions, and manufacturing, while managing a portfolio of existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account Acquisition: Acquire new customers through prospecting and outreach (~60%).
* Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of existing accounts for renewals and expansion opportunities (~40%).
* Sales Cycle Ownership: Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
* C-Level Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with C-level stakeholders.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and best practices.
Requirements
* A minimum of 1–3 years of sales and/or account management experience in Australia.
* Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
* A local network within universities, research institutions, or biotech is preferred.
