**HRIS Reporting & Compliance Analyst** to join the team.
**The Role**
As the HRIS Reporting & Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Human Resource Information System, overseeing all compliance and reporting requirements and ensuring accurate and timely data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Generate and analyse reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and implement new reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Manage all aspects of payroll processing and related reporting
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and resolve system issues
- Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and compliance requirements
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures as needed
**About You**
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Exposure to Oracle and/or Kronos highly advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of EBA's, Awards and Superannuation legislation
- Strong experience with data management/analysis and payroll processing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven experience in auditing and compliance
