In this role, you’ll lead the way in ensuring our asset and configuration data is accurate, reliable and ready to support the business every day. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and talented tech teams to shape governance, improve processes and keep critical systems performing at their best. Inspiring you to give it a red hot go is what we’re all about. What’s involved This isn’t just about managing data – it’s about creating pathways that are yours to build. You’ll: Own and evolve our ITIL-based Asset Management and CMDB processes, ensuring data quality and compliance across the organisation. Establish standards for CI classification, relationships and lifecycle management ensuring compliance with audit, security and licensing requirements. Define governance controls and partner with Technology teams to support change, incident and problem management activities. Taking advantage of AI initiatives, drive improvements to our ServiceNow platform and broader service management initiatives, helping us work smarter and faster. Act as the key link between Technology and the business during major incidents, coordinating resources and updates to restore critical services quickly. Play an active role in the Change Advisory Board, making sure technology changes are delivered safely and securely. Lead problem management and automation initiatives to prevent issues before they happen. Influence senior leaders and embed ITSM best practice across the organisation. About you You are a confident and experienced leader who excels in complex environments. You balance technical expertise with a strategic perspective and are skilled at building trust and alignment within diverse teams. Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you are driven by opportunities to make a meaningful impact. You’ll be part of a supportive, practical team that values curiosity, ongoing improvement and mutual success. You bring a strategic approach along with hands-on execution skills in production services and you have the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex programs. You will additionally have: 5 years of experience in CMDB processes with extensive deep expertise in governance and Asset Management within large enterprise technology environments. Strong understanding of ITIL service management, especially in Asset and CMDB Governance. Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and tools, including ServiceNow are an advantage. ITIL Certificate 4 required (Configuration Management Specialist desirable). Relevant IT or related qualifications with Agile or PRINCE2 certifications are highly regarded. Ready to join us?
