Customer Service Representative Opportunity
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact in the community? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a part-time capacity.
In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues and branch manager to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
* Build trust and rapport with customers through active listening and empathetic communication
* Work with customers to understand their financial goals and provide guidance on our banking products and services
* Ask questions and respond to customers' transactional needs in a timely and professional manner
* Complete financial health checks to assess customers' financial positions and identify areas for improvement
* Process applications for personal loans, credit cards, and other banking products
* Proactively engage with customers to build relationships and invite them to appointments or financial health checks
* Adhere to bank processes and procedures, including accurately reconciling transactions and reviewing customers' financial positions
* Engage with customers through community events and fundraising activities
* Look out for the safety and wellbeing of your team members
