* Supporting sales performance across all brands by monitoring, tracking, and responding to ensure key performance indicators and sales targets are met.
* Fostering strong working relationships and regular communication with the store and floor management teams.
* Providing day-to-day leadership, including team support, talent attraction and retention, and promoting a safe work environment.
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences through on-brand teams and product knowledge, maintaining up-to-date product information, and assisting with customer queries and complaints.
* Ensuring visual merchandising and display presentation align with each brand's standards, completing promotional and tactical merchandising as directed, and on time.
