What You Can Expect - The Opportunity
The primary responsibility of the sales support administrator is to manage the administrative tasks alongside the Sales Support Team. The team overall is responsible to manage the Eco system of various tools and processes to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
• Ensuring the accuracy and cleanliness of data within all the Systems
• Regularly auditing and cleansing data to prevent duplication and maintain data quality
• As a Lead Key-User, providing first-line support for Sales System related issues.
• Working with Global and / or IT department to resolve technical problems.
• Managing user roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure data security and appropriate access levels.
• Onboarding new users and deactivating users who leave the organization.
• Complete process of setting up new customer accounts.
• Liaising with the sales teams and regularly updating and validating customer information, managing account changes, and ensuring the integrity of the data throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Working with the credit team to resolve invoice related issues
What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Two or more years previous experience in a customer service/sales support role.
• Knowledge of CRM/SAP (Preferred)
• Analytical with great attention to detail.
• Interpersonal skills in order to facilitate customer needs and satisfy them.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of corporate standards in relation to customer service.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and prioritise work to meet tight deadlines and manage high workloads.
