* Drive leasing targets across Build to Rent assets to deliver exceptional results.
* Maximise leasing income and enhance occupancy levels through strategic planning.
* Coordinate site inspections and collaborate with asset teams to elevate presentation, performance, and safety standards.
* Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the value proposition of LIV properties.
* Serve as primary contact for lease negotiations and renewals, driving successful outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate or sales.
* Proven track record in generating leads, achieving targets, and driving business growth.
* Strong commercial acumen and high proficiency in IT systems.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and Real Estate Agent License, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
