The Role
We’re currently looking for a qualified Registered Nurse currently registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and at least one full year of nursing experience.
The Registered Nurse performs reception screening and comprehensive health assessments on persons received into custody whilst assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing management.
Our location, team, and service
Aldavilla is a rural locality in the Mid North Coast region of New South Wales, Australia, roughly 10 kilometres west of the town of Kempsey. The locality is bordered on three sides by the Macleay River. Fattorini Creek, a tributary of the Macleay, forms its northern boundary. Aldavilla is surrounded by national parks and just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of the Macleay Valley Coast.
On-site you will find an enthusiastic team of clinicians led by a passionate Nurse Unit Manager. You will be supported by team of Registered Nurses as well as varied multi-disciplinary teams specialising in Drug & Alcohol services, Public Sexual Health, Mental Health, Aboriginal Chronic Care and others.
