The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Bega and Batemans Bay showroom. You will manage all aspects of the branch, from retail and warehouse operations to people and product management. This is a hands-on role for a customer-focused, self-motivated leader with a strong retail background who is excited to apply their skills in the Allied Health sector.
Your "New" Day to Day:
* Lead and inspire your team to achieve sales and operational targets.
* Open and close the showroom, balance transactions, and manage orders and hire contracts.
* Engage with customers, providing expert advice across our range of assistive technology and home care products.
* Drive business growth by seeking new clients, contracts, and marketing opportunities.
* Maintain stock levels, ensure process efficiency, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Represent ILS in the local community, building strong relationships with customers and local businesses
