The Role
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to take ownership of our kitchen. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on creativity, consistency and organisation.
You'll be responsible for:
* Leading, mentoring and managing the kitchen team
* Designing and refining menus in line with our brand
* Managing rostering, ordering, stock and costs
* Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation & hygiene
* Running a smooth, efficient kitchen that's wrapped by 2pm every day
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Head Chef or senior chef in a busy kitchen
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Skilled in rostering, ordering and cost control
* A balance of creativity and consistency
* Positive, team-focused attitude
