The Company is a leading Australian commercial developer and builder operating across the Class 2 Residential space - High Rise, High Density Apartments. This company has grown measurably over the past few years and continues to do so, priding themselves on the fantastic working environment they offer. Projects are taking off with values up to $300M
The role will be roaming based, Monday - Friday with a rostered Saturday.
As The HSE Advisor You Will Be Responsible For
* Site based - Multiple projects across Sydney Metro
* Assist in the preparation of health and safety plans
* Ensure legislation is adhered to
* Ensuring all sites are compliant with current Quality regulations
* Provide training & advice to team members and subcontractors
* Conduct reviews and risk analysis
* Manage and develop relationships with employees and stakeholders
* Incident investigation and reporting
Relevant Experience:
* Minimum Cert IV in OH&S
* 5 years experience in HSE commercial construction
* Strong understanding of latest OH&S legislation
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines
* Excellent communication skills & problem-solving skills
